Dolores Choc Choc and Alberto Che Ical of Chajmaic, Guatemala

Dolores Choc Choc and Alberto Che Ical have been family participants in the project since 2022. They live in the remote, indigenous village of Chajmaic, Guatemala – the first community with whom Sowing Opportunities worked.

Parents of Gertrudis and José’, both of legal age, who also participate in the project. Their father shared with them the methodology he learned through Sowing Opportunities.

The family currently has four greenhouse beds for the production of vegetables, which they use for their consumption.
